Prof. Lalini Varanasi

Dr. Varanasi Lalini is the  Founder Trustee and the Director, Education International Foundation, a not for profit trust exclusively meant for the upliftment of marginalized sections of the society.

She served Osmania University as the Dean of Faculty of Education, and also as the  Principal of  Institute of Advanced Study in Education, Head  Department of Education, Chair person  Board of Studies, and  Director for the Centre for Distance Education.

Prof. Lalini Varanasi has Ph.D in education and Post- Graduate degrees in Sociology, Philosophy and Education and also graduated in legal studies. She has guided many doctoral students and under taken a number of research   projects. She authored and edited a number of research articles and books. Dr.Lalini Varanasi  has been closely associated with World Bank, NCERT, NCTE, UGC, NUEPA, Intel, and  she is   a member in various academic bodies and visiting faculty  for  a number of  universities across the country.
